Canterbury Tales inspired poetry | Hannah

Last year I followed an option about the Canterbury Tales. This was so much fun and a really interesting and fun way to write poetry. So inspired as I was by the Canterbury Tales, I wrote this:

She was tall and skinny, but curvy at the same time
Always singing she was, and everything is always in rhyme
With big blue eyes and lashes to kill
She had everyone smiling at her will
A leather book bag on her shoulder, always full of love
Her lean figure was prominent, her head always in the clouds above
Flowers, fine and flowy they are and smelly too
The perfume waft around her has always been taboo
In her hair flowers would always be
As a teacher of arts and crafts there was always something around her to see
Lovely she was, like she was sweet
People around her went from sad to happy in a heartbeat
Youthful and spiritual as she was pretty
Everyone got stickers and kisses and she was quite witty
Loud as she was, she was also very caring
She was silly, always dashing and sometimes a little daring
Even at the end of the day, when everyone went a little mad
Her mood would always be happy and forevermore, never be bad

I hope that some day, this will be me:)

Less than three,

A teacher to be,

Hannah
