So, what is feedback?
Basically, feedback is information about how we are doing in our attempt to reach a goal.
In this case the goals your pupils have to achieve since the end of the year.
The basics of giving feedback

When you give feedback to one of your pupils, you must make sure it’s clear to them. Inform them about the actions they performed well, the actions they still need to improve and what diverged.
Give feedback as soon as possible. This will increase their progress. It will work in the opposite way when delayed. Also, they will be able to take meaning of future assignments.
Make clear to pupils how the information they received will help them progress toward their final goal.
Give pupils access to their progress. By doing this, awareness  of mistakes will increase. Later on, they will be able to tackle these faults. Also, it gives them more confidence ones they’ve seen they conquered a goal.
Tips for effective feedback
– Describe someone’s behavior, say how you feel and think about this.
– Discuss concrete behavior using a not- message.
– Start with “I think”.
– Check yourself before you wreck yourself.
